We have discount of 50% for every secondary page of the same website as well as we have exciting discount levels for our regular clients

What is your turnaround for psd to html?

Our standard tunaround time for homepage of any order is 2 days and for every additional page we take 3-8 hours depending on the complexity of the internal pages. We also offer express delivery option at the order page and that will make the time duration half the standard time. You can see the estimated date of delivery while ordering. The estimated delivery date may change depending on the complexity of your project.

Please note we always start work on your project only after clearing the details of the design with you. For this one of our project manager will contact you via the client area as soon as we received the order files and payment.

What is your timezone?

Our development team working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am — 6:00pm GMT / 5:00am — 2:00pm EST.

How can i contact you?

Our client area has been developed in such a way that make communication between you and your project manager very easy and track records of the conversation between both persons. You can anytime comtact your project manager via the message option available on every project page in the dashboard.

You can also contact us using the live chat option available on every page of our website as well as fill a contact form anytime to contact your project manager.

What if we need you to sign the NDA agreement?

As stated in our Non Disclosure Agreement statement, we will never use the designs or details sent to us in any wrong manner except for the conversion work.

Even if it is very necessary for you to get your NDA signed from us, you are welcome to send them through the client area. Our team will review them first and will let you know if we can proceed with the terms.

Type of files you accept for conversion?

The most preferable format are well layered PNG/PSD files. We also accept layered AI/EPS files for conversion as well, but these files needs to be converted to PSD first and that will take bit more time to extract the AI file layers to PSD. Sometimes it is difficult to get all the layers cloned to PSD file, in any such kind of case we will let you know as soon as we get the files from you.

We also work with flattened files like in JPG, PDF format. Please specify the final dimensions of the webpage in such cases. Sometimes its impossible and undesirable to convert these kind of formats to markup and usually to these kind of conversion takes more time than converting from a layered PSD/PNG.

What are the browsers your markup will support?

Both of our HTML/HTML5 package supports most of the latest browsers. Our QA team test all every markup in Internet Explorer 8+, Firefox 4, Google Chrome, Safari 5 and Opera 11 by default.

For IE7 support for the markup you can opt it at the order form while ordering. We have removed the IE7 support from our default package because only 2% of the visitors on any website use IE7 or less. You need to specify it while ordering if you need support for IE7, IE6 browsers.

I have text layers flattened in my psd?

We always prefer the text layers to be editable, but even if your text layers are flattened then no problem you can just let us know about the font style/size/family and we will put text placeholders in the html for those areas.

I need mobile device compatibility for my project?

We have section for options of mobile device compatibility on our order page, you can select there the required compatibility options such as ipad/iphone/android.

What kind of service you provide with responsive layout option?

Responsive layout is a technology by which your website elements will change size and position according to the screen resolutions such as desktops - 1024px, Tablet - 768px, Mobile Devices - 480px or 320px. This technique uses CSS3 media queries to behave differently on different screen resolutions.

Please note you have to send us the designs jpg for all the layouts for which you are seeking the responsive technique to work.

What is the difference between @font-face and cufon for non web fonts?

Cufon is a font-replacement technique that uses javascript and vector graphics to write fonts from a font file (TTF, OTF or PFB) to your browser. A proprietary javascript rendering engine takes your font file and converts it to a vector form. From there, it's translated to VML (Vector Markup Language).

@font-face is a css rule which allows you to download a particular font from your server to render a webpage if the user hasn't got that font installed. This means that web designers will no longer have to adhere to a particular set of "web safe" fonts that the user has pre-installed on their computer.

Do you test the project on Mac OS

Yes, we check all of our projects both on Mac OS and Windows.

Do i have to make 100% upfront payment?

We accept upfront payments only. However, if you have order of more than 10 pages then you can just submit the order without completing the payment, we will receive your order and our managers will check the designs/requirement and contact you. In this case you can just pay for the homepage first and after you get back the homepage markup, you can review our work and continue for the remaining pages with making payment.

Can i get a quote prior making order?

Yes sure, our project manager can guide you with all the process such as suggesting you which options you need for your order. You can directly talk to one of our project manager using online chat or can submit a quick quote form with your designs attached, we will check the designs and send you an quote and ETA absolutely free and fast.

What should i do if i need some inner pages done for my past project?

You can go to your client login dashboard and message your project manager from the same project page for which you need the inner pages done. You will get instant reply back from the manager with a payment link where you can pay the charges. That's it!

What are the options for the payment?

We accept payments via paypal and credit cards. However, if you need to send payment via wire transfer then you just need to complete your order with the payment step. We will contact you with other options for payment.

Which CMS you provide for implementations?

Currently we support only WordPress implementation. WordPress peojects can be ordered using the online form whereas Magento and Opencart projects needs to be discussed first to get a quote.
